Welcome to SafeWithSeif Private Limousine Company. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities between you (the “Customer”) and SafeWithSeif (the “Company”).
1. Service Overview
SafeWithSeif provides private limousine transportation services. Our service includes luxury vehicles operated by professional drivers for rides booked in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All rides must be booked in advance via phone, text, or email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred communication method.
- Deposit Requirements: A $10 deposit is required for bookings made within one hour of the ride. For bookings made 48 hours in advance or earlier, a 50% deposit is required.
- Payment Methods: Payment can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or other accepted methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your ride by providing us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Timeliness: Customers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Delays beyond 15 minutes may incur additional wait time charges.
- Conduct: Customers must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the ride. Smoking, the use of drugs, and consumption of food are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
- Damages: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or their party will be the customer’s responsibility. You may be charged for repairs or cleaning fees if necessary.
4. Service Animals
We welcome service animals in our vehicles at no extra charge. Please inform us at the time of booking if a service animal will be accompanying you.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafeWithSeif will make every effort to provide a safe, reliable, and timely service. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical issues.
- No Liability for Personal Belongings: SafeWithSeif is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the ride.

7. Special Needs and Accessibility
While we do not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles, our drivers are trained to assist clients with special needs to ensure a comfortable and safe experience. Please notify us at the time of booking if any assistance is required.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SafeWithSeif reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of California in the event of any legal dispute.
